Morning
After breakfast, we will travel to the airport for a flight to Phnom Penh.
When we arrive in Phnom Penh, you will be welcomed by our tour guide. After a short rest, the Killing Fields of Choeung Ek will be our first destination in Phnom Penh. It is the site of brutal executions of more than 17,000 individuals.
The second leg of the journey will be to the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (S-21). This former school was used as a prison by Pol Pot’s security forces.
Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. Then, we will transfer to a hotel for check-in and have a rest.
Afternoon
Visit the Royal Palace, one of Phnom Penh’s most splendid architectural achievements, and the Silver Pagoda, located within the grounds of the Royal Palace.
After that, you will pass by the temple of Wat Phnom, one of the most sacred temples in Cambodia, standing on top of a 27-meter-high hill with a serene atmosphere and beautiful surroundings.
Evening
On our final night, we will take a Kanika Boat dinner cruise along the Mekong River to take in the stunning nighttime views of Phnom Penh while chowing down on some authentic Khmer cuisine. Transfer back to the hotel.
