Booking Policy
Price Includes

- Pick up & drop off in Hanoi Old Quarter area.
- All meals as mentioned in itinerary.
- Accommodation (Retreat, Hotel, Resort, Bungalow) as mentioned in itinerary.
- All sightseeing and boat fees.
- All air-conditioned transport as mentioned in tour.
- 02 bottles of water per person per day.
- Cycling, kayaking, trekking.
Price Excludes
- Pick up & drop off outside Hanoi Old Quarter area (490.000 VND/ group).
- Motorbike option (390.000 VND/pax).
- Travel insurance.
- Tipping for tour guide/driver.
- Other optional activities or tours.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation received before 60 days: FREE of charge
- Cancellation received from 30 days to 59 days: 10% of total rate
- Cancellation received from 15 days to 29 days: 30% of total rate
- Cancellation received from 7 days to 14 days: 50% of total rate
- Cancellation received less than 7 days or No show: 100% of total rate
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Children under 4 years old: Children under 4 years old FOC – FOC Maximum 1 child/2 adults, from the second child charge 50%.
- Children from 4 to 7 years: Surcharge 70% adult rates
- Children from 8 years old: Adult rates

This cruise is a great getaway. The staff is super nice to our family. We had a trip to a stunning cave and visited a floating village. Halong Bay is magnificent.
