Great experience, from the moment of pick up the treatment is close and pleasant. Lee cares about everything during the trip.
On the boat, the crew has been very nice and everything is taken care of
It is worth noting, and why it does not have 5 stars, the hygiene. Most of the wet areas (jacuzzi, shower, etc.) had mold.
Otherwise, it is good.

I booked a Halong Bay Cruise with a couple of friends, everything went smoothly and the itinerary of our 2D1N adventure went smoothly. It wasn't too packed and there was downtime for relaxing.

I booked a 2-night cruise in Halong Bay. Haley was great, looking for different alternatives until we found the right choice. She was checking in with us to ensure we had arrived correctly and that our transportation service was there after the cruise to get us back to Hanoi.

An amazing experience in Feb 2025. The Catherine Cruise lived up to all our expectations, from doing Tai Chi on the deck for sunrise and kayaking to the caves to having a bath overlooking the bay.

We enjoyed our overnight sail aboard the Prince Junk! Our family of six (3 parents and 3 teenagers) splurged on all four rooms, resulting in a private, luxurious experience visiting one of the world's most beautiful sites. The boat was spacious and pleasant, with dining options both within and on the covered deck. The cuisine was excellent and well prepared. Tai, our guide, and the rest of the crew were really attentive and great. The off-boat activities (kayaking, rowing through a fishing village, exploring caves, and nighttime squid fishing) were all popular with our family and a terrific way to explore the bay. Overall, this was one of the highlights of our vacation, and we strongly suggest BestPrice Travel and the Prince Junk! Less

The trip (3 days/2 nights with Lily Cruise) was actually extremely enjoyable. It is quite well managed, and the crew on board was very polite and helpful. The cuisine was excellent. I thoroughly appreciated the room and the stunning view. All of the activities were enjoyable, except for the weather... but I do not believe the crew is to blame for the air pollution or the temperature. So I am overjoyed and thoroughly loved it. Less
