The top cruise and best service, really enjoyed trip

I recommend this cruise! We had a great and smooth experience booking our day trip to Ha Long Bay. Note that the activities can be crowded during the one-day cruise, such as visiting the caves.
Zoe our consultant was very useful and reactive, even while getting the bus the next day and following up after our journey.

I had a great time on this cruise. I was worried about being on a giant bus, but this was not that at all. There was a very small group (in my case, solo) sharing so it was not crowded.
All the most important sights in Halong Bay were included and everything was taken care of, including accommodations.

Thanks to Ms.Anna, it didn’t take me much time to decide to go for Catherine Cruise. Everything after was really smooth as well: communication was smooth, the payment method was easy, and the pickup service was arranged very well as well!

Every day of our trip has been wonderful.
We have moments where we wish we were with a group but also having a private guide to go at our speed has been super nice. He is so punctual and attentive to us as well as so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

I'm happy that the cruise was a very amazing experience. The driver took me from Hanoi and transferred me after the cruise to the airport on time. However, after about 6 or so hours there was a ringing coming from our cabin speaker but it turned off on its own after dinner, it was not a big problem so that was okay.

Amazing, excellent crew, exquisite treatment for guests.
Very clean and well-kept rooms. The boat is not new and although it has some damage, it has its charm. The experience was memorable and went smoothly. Halong is stunning. Overall it was good for the price.

Our trip went smoothly without any problems. The support from our agent Ms.Mia was amazing. Thanks to her, we didn't have to worry about the accommodation and transfer. The cruise was nice, hiking to the top of Titov Island was very fun to me. Overall it was memorable.
