2. ⁠On the transport from Sapa to Hanoi, there is a strong smell of smoke inside the vehicle. It has caused me to cough continuously and have difficulties breathing. It is making the journey very uncomfortable. I do hope that the company can reinforce the non-smoking measures or check the vehicle.

Very good. We especially enjoyed Ninh Binh. Very beautiful scenery. We had a great time on the boat too. Amazing. We have had a great time in Sapa. Hotel is very comfortable and in a good location. Thank you for everything you have done for us.

Food was very good at Indian places but not very happy with the buffet in sapa . Think a better arrangement for food for Indian customers
Guide should have been available throughout the tour . We were facing communication issues with the driver .

Cruise was good but the biggest drawback was the Internet. This was not available for the full cruise. Suggest inform clients about it in advance
Special focus should be given in getting rooms together, especially family travelling together

So far the bus transportation is quite comfortable.

The Hanoi Hotel is quite clean and comfortable, although some furniture may need repair. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. But location is not the most ideal.

Although the room in Sapa is big and has a beautiful view, bed is stiff and squeaky. Toilet lighting also not bright. The staff doesn’t go the extra mile. The guide to the Cat cat village is good and her explanation is thorough and clear . The guide for the trekking doesn’t give much explanation nor tell us the option. It drizzled along the way and the trek was very muddy and slippery, not to mention very steep. It was not an easy trek. Some of us slipped and most of our shoes were covered with mud. Fortunately no major incident happened. She should have checked the comfort level of the participants before proceeding.

The guide for the cruise is professional and knowledgeable. He provided a lot of explanation and historical information. He also tried to avoid the crowded period but the beach is still too packed. We appreciate his considerations and thoroughness. Less
