Cancellation Policy
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

About Valentine Premium Private Cruise

The name Valentine was inspired by Valentine's Day to name the boat with the desire to send love and privacy to all tourists staying there. The highlight of 2 orange-yellow sails printed with Valentine's cruise name makes the ship always stand out when traveling at sea.
With two cabins on a very compact 2-story was launched in June 2010. Despite being a small 5-star Halong cruise, but suitable for those looking for a more intimate and private experience with their lover, as one of the first yachts born to serve tourists with their small group travel needs.
Facilities & Deck Plan
Valentine Premium Cruise is suitable for travelers who love quiet and privacy or those who want to relax with a group of friends. The ship has a design with only two compact decks:
- 1st floor includes two cabins suitable for groups of 4 - 6 people and dining space.
- Sun deck is where visitors can sunbathe and enjoy the panoramic view of Halong Bay.
Worthy of its 5-star level, Valentine Premium Cruise provides guests with world-class services such as romantic rooms, restaurants, and sundeck:
Luxury restaurant
The guest house on Valentine's Yacht has a simple design in a classic style that is very attractive to visitors. The wooden table, chairs, and white cotton cushions bring the room nostalgic beauty.
Bar
The bar within the restaurant offers drinks at your request. Beverages include wines, cocktails, and drinks sourced from all over the world, including traditional Vietnamese wine and tea.
Sundeck
The Sundeck area on board is the most popular area for yachts. This spacious area has two rows of sun loungers for customers to read or relax. In addition, you can order more fruits and drinks to enjoy while lying on the sundeck.

Service & Activities
Coming to Valentine Premium Cruise, you can enjoy relaxing moments, the beautiful scenery of Halong Bay, and explore famous landmarks here. During the 2 days 1 night cruise, you will be taken to places like Cua Van Village, Luom Bo, and Titop Island.
On the first day on the Bay, you will explore Cua Van village by small bamboo boats rowed by locals. After that, the yacht will anchor at the Luom Bo area so visitors can swim or do whatever they like.
On the second day, you will also be able to swim, swim, sunbathe on the beach, and explore Titop Island.
Kayaking To Admire The Majestic Of Halong Bay
Like other Halong Bay cruises, Valentine offers guests kayaks and paddleboards to paddle to famous landmarks. This experience will be imprinted in the customer's memory of the yacht.
Another activity that cannot be ignored is squid fishing. This is quite an exciting experience. If you need to learn how to fish, the staff on the cruise will give detailed instructions and accompany you to the sea to ensure absolute safety for customers.
Another convenience when staying on a yacht is that guests can book birthday, anniversary, and New Year events right on board. You need to make a reservation with the manager without paying any deposit, and the staff on board will prepare you for a memorable and satisfying party.

Cuisine on the Valentine Premium Cruise is highly appreciated because it is made from safe and fresh ingredients. Experienced chefs always bring guests a variety of dishes, from Vietnamese dishes and new local specialties to French and European dishes.

The company's car will pick you up at the old quarter of Hanoi at the pre-arranged point from 07:30 - 08:00. If you are traveling by yourself, please be at the pier by 11:45 to check in before boarding the cruise.
From Tuan Chau port
At 12:15, you will depart at Tuan Chau Wharf. Guests will enjoy a welcome drink, and the guide will introduce the itinerary and disseminate safety rules on board.

I'm satisfied with the service. Because there were not too many guests on the boat, we had a tranquil time. The staff took care of us very well. All in all, this is a trip that worth the money.

The Valentine is a traditional cruiser with luxurious fittings.
The suites have king beds as well as marble baths. There is plenty of hot water.
Sadly We were unable to swim due to the cold weather. The food was delicious, and the staff went out of their way to delight us so it was still a nice experience.
We charter this whole boat for our anniversary. The staff was so nice. They organized everything perfectly. We had complete privacy and spent so much time together. It was a very pleasant trip!!

For activities, I like the gentle awakening (Tai Chi), and demonstration of cutting vegetables and fruits into flowers and animals.
A wonderful trip overall, but I can't help noticing the rubbish in the water. They should do something to fix it.
