A full day tour discover ancient river side village also known as the main port city of Myanmar Kingdom name Thanlyin or Syrian. You have a chance to see most historical sites and National Races Village to learn about their culture. Let's do it now!

Thanlyin (Syriam) Excursion

A day to outside of Yangon discover a village name Syriam - formaly main port city of ancient Myanmar. We will start around 8:00 am then drive to Thanlyin.

During the way we will stop at Crocodile Firm where they grown rare crocodiles to maintain them. Continue we will stop at Ruin Portuguese Church, it was built since 1750, but it was ditroyed during war and now there is only remain part of church. But we can learn abit about structure and history.

We also have a chance to see the temple in the middle of River name Yale Pagoda which is one of the historic pagoda in Myanmar.

In the afternoon we will visit National Races Village which you can learn about the ethnic people & their culture. A short biking tour around this village is available so you have an overview about local life and their traditional culture.

Go there with a local guide for information.
Pass by Yale Pagod, the temple in the middle of River, which have an incredible location in the middle of the river!!
It is just amazing!

3 day Ha Long Bay experience

We organised with the brilliant Mia Nguyen at Best Price travel for a 3 day, 2 night tour with Orchid cruises on their nostalgia boat. Mia’s help and organisation was brilliant. Due to the typhoon we had to change plans but she was helpful, friendly and organised throughout. We genuinely could not have asked for more from her. The boat was clean, comfortable and with some absolutely brilliant staff. We are well, plenty of options and lots of food available. The trips we took from the boat were even better than expected. An amazing experience.
