Half Day: Cooking Class Half-day Tour

Morning

The Hai Café will serve as the gathering place at 8:00. After grabbing a drink at the café for your arrival, make your way in the minivan to Tra Que Organic Village.

Take a stroll around the market gardens, and you can witness local farmers still cultivating their land using the same methods that have been used for hundreds of years.

Receive a cordial welcome from the resident of the neighborhood home, along with a unique herbal beverage.

Visit the neighborhood market to pick up a variety of fresh Vietnamese ingredients, and do so today.

When you get to Cooking School, refresh beforehand so you can start the class on time.

With the help of a seasoned Vietnamese chef, become familiar with the customary methods of preparing and cooking Vietnamese cuisine from the ground up.

Get a certificate when you've sampled your creations.

Afternoon

Return to the heart of Hoi An after a relaxing cruise down the Thu Bon River
