We are a group of three and very satisfied with the trip. Kayaking around the cave wasn't that scary and it was fun (this was our first time kayaking)!! You should also take off your shoes if you don't want them to get wet. And lastly, the manager was really kind and explained things well. Thank you!

The cruise ship is clean, the rooms are spacious and fully equipped, and the service is attentive. I was especially impressed with Unie and Kevin; they are very cute and enthusiastic. The food menu is quite diverse, but I still wish the set meal had more soup to suit our groups better. The ship should also stock more different types of seafood so that tourists can order more dishes off the menu.

We highly recommend this one-day itinerary. The schedule was very moderate and pretty pleasant. The tour guide was very patient and friendly. The meals on board were delicious and warm. The overall experience was very good.
Don’t miss the loungers on the sundeck. You can enjoy a leisurely time on it and feel the gentle sea breeze. There is also a shade shed, which is really great.

However, as this is advertised as a 5-star luxury cruise we were looking forward to a relaxing evening but a family who played loud music ruined the vibe for us. Although there is nothing wrong with having some entertainment and live music, the karaoke was awfully bad and excessively loud.

All was perfect, we enjoyed a lovely Bai Tu Long Bay boat cruise and Haley took care of us staying in contact every moment for transport! Thank you.

The cruise was enjoyable, and the guests were friendly, although we did have some luggage troubles. When they moved it to the boat, they allowed it to get wet, and all of our clothes and iPad were wet and damaged.
