We loved this! We were very lucky with the weather which helped the whole experience become enjoyable.
The scenery was amazing, the food was tasty and the cabin’s quality was flawless.
We enjoyed the kayaking particularly.
The host and staff were very attentive. Pleasant and informative at all times.
We wished we had booked a 3-day cruise so we could stay longer.

We went on a two-night, three-day trip with Grand Pioneers from Halong Bay during New Year's. I tried booking directly with Grand Pioneers, but they were all booked out - however, with one email to Zoe, she was able to secure us a place on the ship as well as an upgrade.

We would absolutely book again for Halong Bay, especially with Zoe.

Amazing food, wonderful staff. Lan Ha Bay tour is less touristy than Halong Bay. I liked the Lan Ha Bay itinerary (especially kayaking twice.) I liked the tai chi morning class.

Rosy seemed like a more personable experience being a smaller cruise ship. Private balcony, smaller ship, and transfer to Cat Ba were the biggest reasons for choosing Rosy.

My first visit to Vietnam for vacation was a fantastic experience! Our travel adviser, JANET, helped the trip go smoothly with an excellent tour schedule. She was extremely helpful and accommodating with my additional inquiries and tour selections! Janet made the trip so much better!

She was always available and gave wonderful service. There are numerous cruises available for Ha Long Bay, and I am glad I made the proper decision. Do not wait to book! 100% recommended.

Nice boat, the most "traditional" in the area, and the crew has been really kind. We adored the accommodation and the view. Perhaps the program on the second day is a little too crammed. Ha Long Bay is a kind of heaven, and people prefer to relax at night by sipping anything on their accommodation balcony. I believe your company should file a complaint with others if they continue to behave in this manner. I hope the transfer is as pleasant as the one to the bay. Many thanks for your assistance. The cruise ship itself was stunning. I looked at several and picked Sena because of the aesthetics of the top level and it did not disappoint.
The rooms were nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable and the shower had hot water.

It is a culinary delight. Activity options are good. The staff are delightful. They know how to make cocktails.

The cruise is the highlight of our trip!!!

The pros of Rosy: smaller ship/fewer people, private balcony and tub with a view, ability to transfer us to Cat Ba island directly, modern rooms, nice outdoor sitting areas.

Cons: I would have liked dinner to have more authentic Vietnamese dishes, seemed a bit Western. Or more seafood for dinner.
