Thanks to Alex and the crew for this superb cruise. Alex is very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was perfect: tours, activities, karaoke, and food. The cabin was very clean and the bed was pleasant.
Overall, this is a wonderful cruise on Halong Bay. We had a great time!

Excellent cruise manager with years of expertise.
We had a fantastic time on our three-day, two-night Athena Royal Cruise. Chien, the cruise manager, was really attentive, helpful, and nice. We received customized care throughout the voyage.

Janet arranged our Halong cruise and transfers to and from the cruise.
I can highly recommend Beat Travel and especially Janet, who, in our opinion, gave a first-class service.
She was always contactable, whether we were in the UK or Vietnam.

We had a wonderful time on the cruise. The staff was fantastic, and the food was outstanding. Ginni, one of the staff members, stood out as being extremely helpful.

We had a great experience on the 3-day, 2-night trip to Halong Bay. The personnel were quite nice and helpful.
The buffet breakfast, lunch, and set dinner were all fantastic, and the live performances by various persons throughout dinner on both evenings were a wonderful experience. The schedule to the caverns, beach, and pearl culture center was well-planned, and the time was ideal.
Mr. Lam, an English-speaking local tour guide, was also quite kind. He offered to assist taking photographs for everyone along the journey and took group photos, which he shared with us on the final day before we left. The accommodation was also quite clean, with all necessary facilities. This is my second trip with Hermes Cruise and I must say that they have significantly improved their service. Less
