Half Day: Cooking Class Half-day Tour
Morning
- The Hai Café will serve as the gathering place at 8:00. After grabbing a drink at the café for your arrival, make your way in the minivan to Tra Que Organic Village.
- Take a stroll around the market gardens, and you can witness local farmers still cultivating their land using the same methods that have been used for hundreds of years.
- Receive a cordial welcome from the resident of the neighborhood home, along with a unique herbal beverage.
- Visit the neighborhood market to pick up a variety of fresh Vietnamese ingredients, and do so today.
- When you get to Cooking School, refresh beforehand so you can start the class on time.
- With the help of a seasoned Vietnamese chef, become familiar with the customary methods of preparing and cooking Vietnamese cuisine from the ground up.
- Get a certificate when you've sampled your creations.
NOTE
- Vegetarians are provided with replacement ingredients.
Afternoon
- Return to the heart of Hoi An after a relaxing cruise down the Thu Bon River
- Finish and transfer back to the core area of Hoi An around 15:00.

by Tripadvisor We organised with the brilliant Mia Nguyen at Best Price travel for a 3 day, 2 night tour with Orchid cruises on their nostalgia boat.
Mia’s help and organisation was brilliant. Due to the typhoon we had to change plans but she was helpful, friendly and organised throughout. We genuinely could not have asked for more from her.
The boat was clean, comfortable and with some absolutely brilliant staff. We are well, plenty of options and lots of food available.
The trips we took from the boat were even better than expected. An amazing experience.
