How badly affected by the typhoon was Hanoi and Ha Long Bay? Is there a lot of destruction? Do you expect it to be back to ‘normal’ by the time we arrive in late December or will have some things changed?

Hello, I'm Flavia. We Will go in North Vietnam in December from 16 at 24. We Need a guide for private tour. We arrive in ninh binh in December 16, and we want visit Ninh Binh, halong bay for 1 night ad 2 days, hanoi city, Sapa and local family. In Sapa we would like to visit both the rice fields and the tea plantations. can you guide us on this tour? I await information. Thank you
