Service & Activities
Pandaw Laos Cruise provides a primary upstream route, featuring an 11-day itinerary from Vientiane to Chiang Mai. Additionally, there are downstream routes available, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy the cruise experience in reverse.
Wander in Pha Laeb village
Embark on an upstream Mekong cruise, where you will be treated to breathtaking views of lush jungle scenery and charming riverside Pha Laeb village. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the surroundings and embrace the local culture during this enriching excursion.
Pass through the Xayabouri Hydroelectric Dam
As we navigate through the Mekong, our journey takes us past the Xayabouri Hydroelectric Dam. This unique opportunity allows us to witness firsthand the inner workings of this somewhat controversial attraction, including the fascinating process of navigating the locks.
Enjoy the Kuang Si Waterfalls
We have the opportunity to visit the awe-inspiring Kaung Si waterfall, known for its dramatic beauty. Marvel at the cascading waters and take in the breathtaking scenery surrounding this natural wonder.

Visit the Pak Beng Elephant Sanctuary
Laos, often referred to as 'The land of a million elephants,' holds a deep connection to these magnificent creatures. On the ninth day, our itinerary takes us to a rescue sanctuary dedicated to preserving the elephants of Laos and offering sustainable employment opportunities for Mahouts, who were once involved in training and riding these majestic beings.
Besides off-board activities, you will have the chance to enjoy exceptional services onboard, such as shoe cleaning and cold towels after excursions, nightly turndown, and 24-hour laundry services.

The tour included not just daily visits to remote towns, elephant and bear sanctuaries, and stunning waterfalls that helped me comprehend the nation, but also very pleasant accommodations while traveling along this mystical river. The ship was stunningly lovely, with designer teak decks and ornamentation. It only had ten staterooms, all of which were air-conditioned, making it small enough to get to know everyone on board while also large enough to isolate oneself when necessary. The crew was great. The service on board exceeded all of my expectations; it was not just first-class, but also customized and courteous, with a grin. There was a large selection of high-quality meals with superb presentation. Less

We booked with Hang/Moon (Mrs) of BestPrice Travel in Vietnam. We received fantastic service from her. When I had a query, I never had to wait longer than a few hours for a response by email. The cruise was excellent! Our guide, Veing, was exceptional, and the rest of the crew, particularly the purser, Jimmy, went above and above for us. Thank you Pandaw and BestPrice Travel for an excellent holiday. Less
