Free Time To Explore Ho Chi Minh City

Morning

7:30: Meet your guide at the meeting point or hotel pick up in District 1 to transfer to My Tho by bus. The route passes through some of the top tourist attractions, including: 

• Pay a visit to Vinh Trang Pagoda - the largest Buddhist temple in the Mekong Delta, sprawling across an expansive area of 2,000 square meters, where you can immerse yourself in its serene ambiance and admire the enchanting architecture that reflects the region's rich cultural heritage.
• Embark on a captivating boat trip along the narrow canals of the Mekong River, then witness the fascinating sight of fish cages and charming floating houses dotting the waterways. 
• Make a delightful stop at a coconut island in Ben Tre, where you can leisurely wander around the village, immersing yourself in the authentic local lifestyle. 
• Relish Vietnamese tropical fruits and honey tea, and indulge yourself in the melody of traditional music in a local family.
• Observe coconut processing workshops and learn about how the locals produce their specialties and sample the unique sweetness of coconut candy

Dedicate ample time to capturing picturesque moments and immersing yourself in appealing natural landscapes.

Our tour guide will pick you up at the hotel and transfer you to the airport to catch a domestic flight to Hanoi, which takes roughly 2 hours and 10 minutes. 

Afternoon

14:00: Check-in to the hotel in Hanoi. You will be able to have an early check-in with a surcharge. Please contact your travel consultant to book the service. 

Enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure to explore Hanoi on your own. Feel free to seek advice and recommendations from our knowledgeable tour guide.

Morning

07:30 - 08:00: Your tour guide will pick you up at your hotel for a 1.5-hour drive to Ninh Binh.

First, make a visit to Hoa Lu Ancient Citadel - a significant site that once served as the capital of Vietnam a millennium ago dating back to the 11th century. You will have a relaxing cycling trip along rural roads to enjoy the serene atmosphere and picturesque scenery of Ninh Binh countryside.

At noon, you will have a tasty lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon

Continue the intriguing journey to Trang An Grottoes, a remarkable destination characterized by its unique karst mountains that stand as a testament to the natural wonders of Vietnam and hold a special distinction within Asia.

After that, start a mesmerizing boat tour, to explore the majestic mountains, winding rivers, and intricate cave complex: Lam Cave, Vang Cave, Dai Cave, Thanh Truot Cave,...

Spend time going on a delightful journey beginning from Mua Cave, then start trekking up to Ngoa Long mountain's peak to admire the breathtaking view of Ninh Binh.

After the tour, return to Hanoi.

Morning

07:30 - 08:00: Pick up at the hotel in the old quarter and transfer to Halong Bay in 3 hours

Upon reaching the harbor, proceed with the check-in process for your day cruise, ready to embark on an exciting journey. 

After settling in, partake in a brief cruise briefing, where you will receive essential information and instructions, ensuring a safe and enjoyable voyage ahead.

Your lunch will be served while the boat is cruising to the bay, and you will see many lovely islets with different shapes - the typical scene that only can be seen in Halong Bay - during your meal.  

Afternoon

In the early afternoon (around 1:00 pm), follow the tour guide to explore Sung Sot Cave. This is one of the most beautiful and widest caves in Ha Long Bay, discovered by a group of French explorers in the early 1900s. Thousand of stalagmites and stalactites will blow your mind with their beauty. To get inside this stunning cave, you have to climb more than 100 steps of stairs, so this is such a wonderful adventure for those keen on natural breath. 

Then continue to visit Titop Island, which features a beautiful sandy beach, clear blue water, and stunning panoramic views of Halong Bay. You can climb to the top of the island's hill for the awe-inspiring landscapes with thousands of limestone peaks rising from the blue water or enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and various water activities on the beach.  

At 17:00,  you will return to the harbor where you will board a comfortable bus for the journey back to Hanoi. 

Evening

At 20:00, you will be transferred to your hotel in Hanoi.

After that, you can relish local cuisine for dinner on your own and settle in for a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.
