Morning

Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, our guide will welcome you then you will be transferred directly to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh.

NOTE: Check-in time is due at 14:00 daily (Early check-in comes with an extra charge).

Free time for the rest of the day to rest and have a good nap. For choices, your family can join one-of-a-kind traditional performances in Saigon or have dinner on a cruise together:

Morning/ Afternoon

Have breakfast in your hotel. You can choose departure time at 08:00 - 08:30 or 13:00 - 13:30, whenever is convenient for your family to take a tour of must-see attractions in Saigon.

Our first stop is the War Remnants Museum, an educational place for children with more than 20,000 documents, artifacts, and films about evidence of crimes and the consequences of the Vietnam Wars.

Next, pay a visit to the Reunification Palace, once the residence of the President of the Republic of Vietnam and now the symbol of Saigon Liberation. Then, have a sightseeing trip through Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral, a must-visit spot for its ancient beauty and elegant structure.

Following that, go through the Old Post Office, a symbol of classical French colonial architecture, which is still open to this day.

NOTE: The cathedral is temporarily closed for renovation.

End the trip with a visit to a local market to buy some fascinating gifts for your kids.

After the tour, get back to your hotel. Your family is free for the rest of the day to explore the active Ho Chi Minh City.

Morning

Around 08:00, the Mekong Ecolodge boat will pick you up at the Cai Be tourist pier, be ready for a trip to explore the authentic Mekong Delta with various family-friendly activities:

The first stop is Cai Be market and Com Candy Craft Village, where your children will be excited to see the production process of candy nuggets and try freshly baked sweet nuggets. 

The next destination is the bee farm where you can explore more wonderful things about the bee world while enjoying a cup of sweet honey tea.

After that, travel to Tan Phong Island to experience garden tourism and visit local specialty fruit gardens such as durian, rambutan, longan, jackfruit, etc. Next, participate in the garden folk music exchange with local artists and enjoy a cup of tea, and welcome fruit from the host.

Sailing in a small canal around Tan Phong island to Mekong Ecolodge to check in, have lunch, and rest. 

Afternoon

Let your kids explore the lodge campus to see fruit and colorful flower gardens. Here, guests can pick and eat fruits for free on the spot such as apples, guavas, toads, To Nu jackfruit, etc.

Around 16:00, join us on a fantastic trip to a new level with exciting activities suitable for families with teenagers.

First up, try your hand at fish-catching by slapping the ditch, a unique and thrilling experience that requires teamwork. After the aquatic excitement, head to the garden to pick fresh veggies for dinner.

Then, work with our chef at Mekong Ecolodge to cook up a delicious meal using the veggies and fish you caught. Enjoy a delicious dinner after an active day.

Morning

08:00: Get on bicycles to start a family journey of discovery and participate in activities with the people on Tan Phong Island. 

First, we go to local houses to see the process of making rice paper rolls, knitting a hammock with banana rope, and knitting water hyacinth, your family can try to knit one together and then receive beautiful gifts with the guidance of residents.

Visit a friendly local workshop to see the process of making nail files with bamboo sticks with locally available materials. Then, cycle back to Ecolodge to participate in making jackfruit leaf cake with the guidance of a professor and enjoy them together. The cake is said to be a specialty of Tan Phong Island.

12:00: Take the ferry in Tan Phong with local people to the Hiep Duc ferry station. 

Afternoon

Your family will go through the Tien River. Then, our team will pick you up by car on the opposite side and transfer you to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

Morning

After breakfast, you have a chance to enjoy your free time in Ho Chi Minh City before checking out and transferring to the airport for our Da Nang flight.

Afternoon

Pick up at the airport in Da Nang, then transfer to your hotel in Hoi An for check-in. You are free until the evening.

Evening

Between 17:00 and 17:30, our driver will pick you up and travel to Hoi An Memories Land.

Upon arrival at 18:00 - 19:00, get your tickets to the unforgettable Hoi An Impression Theme Park, a vivid & impressive photo exhibition that excites your kids. There are many spots for your family to visit.

• Sightseeing spots: Explore the colorful scenes and take family photos at beautiful places like Commercial Firm, Vietnam Village, Love Bridge, Japan Village, etc.
• Restaurant: Enjoy a tasty dinner with many traditional Vietnamese dishes at the bamboo Conical Hat Restaurant.
• Spirituality section: visit Thien Duc Pagoda to learn about the Vietnamese people's profound spiritual connection.

19:45 - 21:00: Walking to Hoi An's Memories Theater and prepared to be astounded by one of Vietnam's most prominent art shows, which features 500 performers and utilizes contemporary production techniques to take over an outdoor stage.

Discover the 400-year history of the harbor town in this 1-hour show with five different grand acts that will make your family can't forget.

Morning

Have breakfast, present at the hotel lobby, and get ready for a farming tour day, which is very educational for children to learn how hard-working the farmers are.

To start the day, your family will cycle to a charming herb village that lies on the edge of Hoi An. Admire the awesome farming life and learn about Vietnamese long-lasting farming history and experience.

Then, pay a visit to Cam Thanh Eco village, a charming place famous for its scented vegetables that spice up local dishes. Upon arrival, take a tour of the vegetable gardens. Here, you can help the local farmers with unique farming activities like preparing, fertilizing the land, raking the ground, sowing, watering, and picking greens.

Afternoon

After having lunch with a local family, get back to the hotel by bike. You and your children can relax for the rest of the day.

After breakfast, check out your hotel then transfer to the airport in Da Nang to take a flight to Hanoi.

Upon arrival to Hanoi, transfer to the hotel for check-in. Free time to relax and soothe your body.

Afternoon/ Evening

At 17:30, let’s have a delightful time with your children by joining a walking food tour and learning about the Hanoians' lifestyle and traditional cuisine at the Hanoi Old Quarter. Join the specialist street food guide - a renowned local food blogger to discover some of the lesser-known dishes the locals love such as Bun Bo, Banh Cuon, Ca Phe Trung (Egg Coffee), etc.

Morning 

08:00 - 08:30: Our driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you to Bat Trang Pottery Village, where you can learn how to produce a ceramic product in the heirloom recipe.

You are welcome to not only observe the artists at work in their studios but also to try your hand at making pottery with the assistance of the artists. 

Your kid can also try this interesting activity and make their product with the help of the grown-up.

Have lunch with Vietnamese food in the local restaurant.

Afternoon 

13:00 - 13:30: Your tour guide and driver will pick you up from the hotel. Get ready for a family excursion to the most well-known spots in Hanoi.

First, visit the Temple of Literature, the very first university of Vietnam for Confucious where royalty, mandarins, and members of the elite were educated and trained. Then, stop at Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, a famous attraction in Hanoi that served as the final resting place of President Ho Chi Minh – the greatest and most iconic leader of Vietnam.

Continuing your exploration with a tour to One Pillar Pagoda and Tran Quoc Buddhist Pagoda, two of the most iconic Vietnam temples with their ancient architecture and historical values. 

Then spend time wandering around West Lake and enjoy this scenic place's tranquility and stunning views. 

Refill your energy with a tasty meal at an authentic Vietnamese restaurant.

Following your breakfast at your hotel, pack your bag to visit the Wonder of the World Halong Bay. Around 08:00 - 08:30, our driver will pick you up and transport the cruise port. After a 3.5-hour ride, you will embark on the cruise and enjoy the welcome drink from the crew staff.

Enjoy a delicious local seafood lunch served on board while admiring thousands of majestic limestone islands and grottoes.

Afternoon

Start your exploration around the area's breathtaking natural beauty. Depending on each cruise, you will join various activities to discover the bay's beauty, such as visiting a cave, kayaking, or swimming.

Get back to the junk for relaxing and watching the beautiful sunset view on the bay or join a cooking class.

Evening

Have dinner and stay overnight on board. After dinner, you can join many fun activities at night together, like squid fishing, karaoke, etc. (following each cruise’s facilities).

Morning

Early risers can enjoy a memorable sunrise over the karst formations of Halong Bay while practicing Tai Chi on the sundeck. Then, you can choose to explore the bay further by kayaking or getting on a rowing boat, which will be interesting for your children.

After that, back on board to check out and enjoy brunch while the vessels slowly sail through the magnificent rock formations back toward the port.

11:00 - 12:00: Disembark from the cruise. Transport to the Hanoi hotel for check-in.

The rest of the day is at leisure. Your family can take part in an additional tour to explore this beautiful capital together:

Have leisure time before your departure, you can go shopping for family gifts. Hotel check-out time is at noon (late check-out can be arranged with a surcharge).

Transfer to the airport in Hanoi for your onward flight. Trip ends!
