We can find basic 5-star amenities right on the cruise with a panoramic sundeck, Jacuzzi, spa services, high-quality wood materials, and the Eurasian decoration style. However, because the cruise ship has many cabins, the area of each room may be smaller than other rooms on the Lan Ha Bay route, especially the top-class one.

Pros

• Providing express boats that are considered to have the most ample space on the bay
• A large jacuzzi on a high platform is the highlighted equipment on a classy 5-star ship.
• Paradise promotes luxury with private space in its facilities: Design restaurant groups of small tables with 2 outer rows and 1 long table row for large groups in the middle, separated by partitions displaying ceramic flowers, and the Piano lounge also equips partitions. 
• The cabins are excellently soundproofed, and each room is spacious enough for a comfortable stay. 
• Captain Terrace Suite divides the cubby and bathtub area, and two sinks in the bathroom so you and your teammates have private space when living.
• An ideal sundeck for a comprehensive view toward the bay and taking deep breaths in early morning Tai Chi class 

Cons

• The size of Captain Terrace is smaller than other top-class cabins on 5-star cruise ships, and the bathtub inside does not have a Jacuzzi system.
• Unfortunately, the limousine that took us to Ha Long Bay could not use the charger, but the limousine back to Hanoi was better.

This brand is famous for meals prepared by Michelin chefs, focusing on Eurasian fusion menus that try to harmonize the tastes of many diners.

Pros

• The main menu will be flexible depending on the tourist season (more Asian or Western dishes). However, each buffet meal is always filled with hot food counters (Asian and Western dishes - soup, pasta), salad bars, drinks, and dessert counters.
• The food in the buffet stays warm for a long time for guests who dine late.
• The big group can order a private menu before taking the trip. 
• The fine-dining European set dinner is full and impressively decorated.
• Must-try food: Stir-fried vegetarian vermicelli, Stir-fried clams with mixed vegetables, Fillet of Australian beef served with grilled vegetables and cabernet sauvignon essence.

Cons

• Less choice if compared with buffet on other cruises the same route.
• Some main Western dishes like Lobster and crème Brulee are a bit salty or sweets for the majority taste.

• New 2-day-1-night route to Viet Hai village and Dark & Bright cave, creating a difference compared to other popular tourist itineraries on Lan Ha Bay and limiting the impact of the weather like participating in water activities at the Frog Pond before.

Cons

• The sunset party time on the old itinerary was too early, and there were few options on the Happy Hour drink list. Up to now, the timetable and itinerary are more rational.
