Cancellation Policy
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Children under 4 years old will be free of charge(maximum of one)
- Children between 4 and 9 years old:
- Sharing bed with adult will be charged 50% adult price
- Sharing cabin with adult will be charged 70% adult price
- Children over 9 years old pay adult price
- Two children under 9 years old sharing a cabin will be charged 75% full cabin rate

The Phoenix budget Cruise has two main decks for accommodation and a sundeck.
Decks 1 and 2 include all the cabins to make the most comfortable space for guests. The restaurant is located on the front half of the second deck.

Located at the junk boat's bow and has a check-in/check-out space, it can accommodate 36 passengers. Customers will receive excellent service along with romantic bayside dining options that include traditional Vietnamese cuisine.
Bar
There are bars in the dining room and the sundeck, so every thirst is quenched. All preferences are catered for with a large wine list.
Sundeck
Located on the rooftop, this cruiser prepares many comfortable chairs and sunbathing areas for you. You can enjoy the stunning Halong Bay on the sundeck with a tasty cocktail on hand while sightseeing at sunset.

You will meet and embark on Phoenix Budget Cruise at Tuan Chau Harbor to visit Halong Bay during the 2-day itinerary. You will admire the magnificent bay through the beauty of Luon Cave, Titop Island, and Sung Sot Cave. If you want to get more challenges and interesting attractions, you should participate in the 3-day itinerary that will allow you to discover Fairy Lake, Drum Cave, and Pearl Farm on day 2.

Transportation
Guests who book the transfer service will use the company shuttle bus. The bus is new with modern facilities. You can also contact us for a private transfer.
From Hanoi
The bus will come and pick you up at 8:00 - 8:30 around Hanoi Old Quarter, then transfer to Halong Bay in 2.5 hours.
By yourself
If you want to move to Halong Bay by yourself, travel to the Tuan Chau Marina before 11:45 to meet your guide and embark on the Phoenix Budget Cruise.

I booked a 2-day cruise to Halong Bay with a couple of friends, everything went well without a hitch. The schedule of our 2D1N tour went smoothly. Luckily, it wasn't too packed and there was downtime as well for relaxing between each activity.
Hang/Moon especially, was always available on WhatsApp to help with any questions, concerns, minor issues, etc. She was awesome and I recommend booking with her if you can
