Thank you, Zoe. The cruise has been great, the staff was very kind and good, just got off the day boat to Lan Ha, it was amazing and our guide was great!

The only issue we wanted to bring up is actually the drive here, we weren't very happy with the driver and would like a different driver on the way back to the hotel if possible.

A nice trip for our family. Mr. Tam was our tour guide on the cruise ship and the island tour guides were great.

The food and buffet were exceptional! We loved the cruise to Lan Ha Bay and enjoyed all 4 days. Very nice ride from Hanoi. Thank you so much for arranging our trip.

The staff was courteous and had a positive attitude. The meals were good, but there should be more alternatives for children. My favorite dish was prawns with tamarind sauce. There were plenty of activities for everyone.

I recommend this cruise! We had a great and smooth experience booking our day trip to Ha Long Bay. Note that the activities can be crowded during the one-day cruise, such as visiting the caves.

I had a great time on this cruise. I was worried about being on a giant bus, but this was not that at all. There was a very small group (in my case, solo) sharing so it was not crowded.
All the most important sights in Halong Bay were included and everything was taken care of, including accommodations.

The staff is very friendly. But the internet is not operating properly and does not reach our room (front of the boat).
