I had a very happy trip with our family on the Doris cruise, the staff was friendly and cheerful, the food was delicious, to our taste, and everything was clean, making everyone comfortable during the trip.

Khanh, who directly served our family, was very professional, cheerful, and friendly. Thank you, Doris, I will return next time.

I booked a 2-day cruise to Halong Bay with a couple of friends, everything went well without a hitch. The schedule of our 2D1N tour went smoothly. Luckily, it wasn't too packed and there was downtime as well for relaxing between each activity.

I booked the cruise with Janet, who was incredibly patient with my several queries. We chose three rooms for a total of eight people and had a private car take us from our hotel in Hanoi. (Note that Janet arranged everything for us very quickly, right after we contacted)

The food alone accounts for the whole expense of this trip. The evening meal, in particular, consisted of six dishes if you chose the Western option, and everything was fantastic. The ship is pretty, and the staff has everything well-planned.

The only drawback is that we waited a long time for our beverages to be served on the top deck, maybe there were too many people on board.

The scenery, the cruise, and the staff on the cruise were all wonderful, the food was quite delicious. The itinerary is packed for a one-day cruise but it was fun, I really liked the kayak activity in Luon Cave.

Thank My Uyen so much. We very much enjoyed the food, the staff, and the boat. They were all amazing. Was expecting much more regarding the canoeing/caving experience. What we saw was amazing, but would have enjoyed seeing a lot more caves than just the one, as beautiful as it was. Thank you

The room category was icing on the cake.

The food was also great.
In short, it is ideal for couples looking for a stress-relieving weekend activity.
Things to improve include Wi-Fi throughout the cruise and in the cabins.
