A fantastic cruise with exciting activities. The weather was not ideal, but the scenery around this location is stunning. The accommodation was clean, with a balcony and a spacious bathroom. Very good personnel, and young man, Mr. Pyke was quite helpful.

Oh my god, it is very amazing

Great experience! The personnel, including Peter, Amy, and others, were very friendly and welcoming. They also adored our infant girl and looked after her as we sat around eating.
The bamboo boat and hiking trip were fantastic.

The crew was responsive to my dietary requirements, and with a few adjustments to what I could eat, everything was fine. There were no concerns, and the personnel was nice.

The only negative aspect of the cruise experience was that as we got off the boat, my friend's bag was damaged, and it was left with all of the other broken and open luggage. We had back packing backpacks, and someone unpacking the baggage must have grabbed one from the top pouch rather than the handles, causing it to break totally. It has made traveling and flying more difficult because that is what locks the bag shut.
We can realize that things happen, but the fact that no one informed us that it was broken, and there was no one to apologize on behalf of the ship, was disappointing.
Thank you; I realize there is nothing I can do about it, but it was frustrating. The individual would have noticed it had broken off and just left it there.

Everything was wonderful, the staff was very lovely and chatty.
Only 1 suggestion, hot water was finished after 1 bath, then I had to shower with cold water.

We had a great time on the cruise. The conditions were excellent, and the cabin was very clean and comfortable.

We are leaving Heritage Cruise. We had a lovely time. It was beyond my expectations. They were welcoming and the services were excellent. I will write a great review for them and also for you, Zoe. You are attentive and detailed. And you are with my group the whole time. Making sure that we are good.

Harry, the food supervisor, was the trip's highlight. His service was excellent, and he went out of his way to help my travel mate when she had a headache. He deserves a gold star! Overall, the personnel performed admirably.
However, we found the Vietnamese coffee harsh and disagreeable.
