I am traveling with my wife and have luggage from our previous travels. Will there be the ability to store our luggage somewhere while we are on the tour? Or perhaps it can safely be stored in the van during the day while we are trekking from village to village? If not do you have suggestions?
You can store your main lugguage in Hanoi for Sapa and Halong tours, every hotel allow you to store it without fees.
The rice terraces in Sapa are breathtaking. And the Halong Bay is stunning.
Well-organized itinerary and insightful guides made it a truly memorable exploration. Highly recommended!

We just left very little notice then they managed to arrange a trip to Sapa, a tour bus back to Hanoi, a bus to Hanoi - Halong - Hanoi, and a day cruise trip smoothly. Although there were some issues after paying for the package, Tansy solved everything professionally to ensure we got upgrades where possible and communicated throughout the booking process. She was super helpful, and caring during the trip to check we got on buses and tours on time.
The only negative was that the price was more than the initial price I had wanted, instead, we got great value as an upgrade to a 5* cruise. However, in the end, the VIP limousine was pretty poor due to dropping us in an unhelpful location. But overall, I'd definitely recommend and use this service again. Less

The hotels were quite comfortable, and the staff were quite welcoming and friendly. Breakfast in the Hotel Gondola was very good, and the room was very quiet and comfortable. Calypso Cruise was fun, and the meals on the cruise were very tasty. The view from our room in Sapa Vista Hotel was beautiful. The van to and back from Sapa was very comfortable, much more so than the van to Halong.

The only negative experience was the confusion about our trekking tour on the first day in Sapa (we were not on anyone's list!), but it all ended well as we joined another group.
