Planning the details of the whole trip was excellent; travel advice given was
valuable; our questions to Hotline were answered well & promptly; all guides & drivers were very

Foodie tours were basically OK but could be improved – food options lower
than expected in some cases; one non-alcoholic drink per person should be included at no extra
charge. A few guides do not give a lot of guidance unless prompted; trekking in Sapa was quite hard
for us – should inform people with limited mobility of this issue.

Foodie tour guide in Hanoi could have offered more & better choices; city guide was very good
Hue guide was Ok but needed prompting for information a few times
Hoi An guide was good – interactions were good
HCMC guide took us to all the required locations but could have been more informative
Bangkok, Sukathai guide was excellent – he even returned after end of trip to wish us farewell!
Chaing Mai, Chaing Rai guide also excellent
Cambodia guide was very knowledgeable & spent much extra time with us – he was very
accommodating to our needs on attractions & photography. He was one of the two very best guides
in whole trip
Hotel in Hanoi: great central location for walking around central city; great breakfast; unfortunately no pool
Hotel in Ho Chi Minh: Good central location for walking around central city; great breakfast; good pool
Hotel in Cambodia: Great historic hotel, pool, breakfast OK. Location too far from downtown
Hotel in Hoi An: Very convenient location to Old City. Room was small; breakfast very good; pool unheated;
Hotel in Thailand
Bangkok hotel small room; breakfast Ok; not a good location for sightseeing walking around in the
evening
Chaing Rai – excellent room & breakfast; convenient location to night market & restaurants
Chaing Mai – hotel in alley with not much for sightseeing; room & breakfast very good Less

I just have to say, Ann, you were absolutely amazing! From the start, everything was so smooth and well-organized because of you. The attention to detail and how you went out of your way to make things special really stood out.

Michele and I were very happy we choose Best Price for this trip. A friend in Australia recommended you. It was exactly the kind of format where you meet a guide and do a one-on-one tour that we love best! We could ask any questions or discuss subjects easily , which you never get on large bus tours. Your tour is worth every cent! You have an absolutely wonderful country, the people, their friendliness, their love of talking to tourists, all the motor bikes and “real life” going on, the absolutely fantastic food. We really feel we have met your people and seen your country, and it was a memorable experience!

Everyday of our trip has been wonderful. We have moments where we wish we were with a group but also having a private guide to go at our speed has been super. Your guides are all so punctual and attentive to us as well as so friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Nam in Hanoi was great, zipped us around town showing us all the top sites with the perfect amount of time in each place . He provided me a SIM card and offered us other ideas to do in the evening and gave us all the info we needed .

Our driver in Hanoi and to Halong didn’t speak English but was very professional and took good care of us.

Thong on the cruise was fantastic. He was very attentive as well and took such good care of us and everyone . We love the guides humour and professionalism!

And we also loved our guide yesterday Tuing or ‘Tony’. He was so fun & knowledgeable too, patient and kind !

My husband thought I should also mention how much we have been enjoying the food! All the restaurants and meals have been amazing!

Hoi An Cooking Class - We had so much fun in our very rainy but wonderful bike ride to the market and to Lemon Basil. Such a special & fun experience and we learned a lot. Mim was absolutely amazing!

She gave us the courage to keep biking for the rest of the day. We borrowed bikes from the hotel to go the beach (in the rain) and back to the old quarters. The weather actually turned quite nice.

We had another super day. Our guide Dara was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable about the sites we saw as well as Cambodia in general. We learned a lot from him . I’d highly recommend him for other tourists. Less
