(+) Positive reviews: One of the best things about my trip to Cambodia and Thailand was the continuous support I received from my BestPrice Travel agent, Ms Hang/Moon. It was reassuring to know that if anything did not go as planned, she was always an email/text away and would always respond quickly and do her best to solve the problem. It was also great to know that I could rely on someone to always be there to meet me at the airports/bus terminal/hotel when and where indicated in my itinerary. The other highlights were the guides in each of the tour destinations I selected. They were knowledgeable, friendly and energetic, yet very flexible and willing to adjust based on the needs of me or the other tourists. I especially loved that they continuously provided water, and even cool towels at times, which was much needed in the intense heat. And of course, the amazing historic sights, friendly people, interesting locations, and delicious foods were just marvelous. I would definitely travel with this company again.
(- ) Negative reviews: Threre were very few things I'd rate negatively on my trip. I would say the breakfast included in most of the hotels were not very impressive or had limited choices-- I was particularly surprised by the lack of fresh juice and reliance on powdered orange juice. And though all of the hotels were well-placed on vibrant parts of their cities, there were definitely reasons why some of them were listed as budget hotels-- for example, in Siem Reap the elevator and tv didn't work, the AC was weak and slow to cool, and the bedding and furniture were old, battered and showed their age. But since I was spending most of my time out of the hotel, it didn't really matter that much. Less

We had a great time in both Cambodia and Thailand. The itinerary was perfect and every place we visited was absolutely gorgeous. Our tour guides are all so nice and knowledgeable. All hotels are stunning and clean. It's just a bit boring when we go sightseeing throughout the tour.
