Cancellation Policy
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Child under 5: FOC Sharing bed, meals with parents (max 1 child/cabin). 2nd infant will be charged 50 USD.
- Child from 5 - 11 Years old: 75% sharing bed with parents/ 100% adult rate if using extra bed or single bed
- From 11 above: adults rate.

I am interested in the 2D1N Halong Bay cruise on Catherine cruises from Nov 12-13. I had a question about the transportation option with 2d1n Private Car HN - HL - HN - Highway 4 seats (Max 2) To conform, this option will include transfer from my hotel in Hanoi to HLB and then from HLB back to my hotel in Hanoi? From Hanoi to HLB my hotel will be the JW Marriott Hanoi and when we return to Hanoi from HLB it will be the Peridot Grand Luxury Hotel. Will this be OK? Thank you

Price for transfer is round way but we only offer pick up at Hanoi old quarter, if at JW Marriot we will surcharge +15 USD.

We enjoyed our cruise on Catherine's ship.
The last day is overcast though. The day before was a very nice sunny day.
At 1st, I wanted to join another cruise but it was not available on the day I wanted to travel. Then Anna from Bestprice Travel quickly found an alternative for me. It really matched the cruise route and rank I wanted and also within my budget.

Amazing! This is one of the best trips for us. The cruise ship is very new and clean. Faclities are in great condition. Our cabin on the 2nd deck has a nic balcony overlooking the bay. The trip went well except for some touristy spots.
Special thanks to all the staff for making our trip memorable.
