Cancellation Policy
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Free of charge for child below the age of 6 years old traveling with parents limiting to one child traveling with two adults. Extra child below 6 is charged at US$ 20/ child. Part A can not guarantee the availability of a cot.
- Child from 6 to 12 years old sharing cabin with two adults on mattress limiting to one child per cabin only.
- Two children below 12 sharing a private cabin are charged at 75% of full cabin rate
- Child from the age of 13 must solely occupy a cabin and pay full cabin rate

This is the private cruise with just 1 or 2 cabin so they don't have connecting cabin. You can check for some 4 or 5 star cruise like Sena Cruise or Peony Cruise will have connecting cabin

The overall trip was nice and pleasant. Unfortunately, the itinerary was not easy to understand from the cruise manager, and we wanted to learn more about the options, etc., to choose what we liked.
We have traveled so much that usually, on private cruises/ tours, you can wish to do some activities but maybe not some of them.
Thank Anna, the cruise was nice but the price is high to the quality of the boat, especially the cleanliness and hygiene are not 5 stars. The food was absolutely amazing and delicious.

Visit a little outside the circuits very/too frequented by the big boats. Visits to caves and fishing villages on the program. Tai-chi lessons in the morning when waking up on the upper deck.
The bay remains majestic and mythical, the cruise is pleasant.

The Legend cruise ship is lovely; the staff is polite, and the accommodations and amenities are excellent. The meals are comparable to those served at starred restaurants.
We had the sensation of being alone in the evening.
My only regret is that I did not prolong it by 1 night.
One of the best cruises we've ever had. We chose the schedule in Bai Tu Long Bay so it was peaceful and pleasant. Staff on board was always smiling and helpful. Very good!
