My 2-day-1-night cruise tour highlights a 30-minute catamaran boat which is unique among the list of 5-star cruises in Halong Bay. This yacht makes an excellent choice for affluent travelers, newlyweds, and anniversary couples.

Facilities & Amenities - 9.5/10

With fully furnished 5-star amenities, Scarlet Cruise Halong Bay always adapts to change and renovates its quality to meet the needs of the discerning. Being a loafer, I'd like to chill out at the library and movie room (formally the fitness room). Nevertheless, there are some limitations on the outdoor jacuzzi and bistro bar aboard.

Each stateroom on Scarlet Cruise Halong Bay is exquisitely furnished with high-tech electric systems and elegant Japanese style. However, I find my Silver Pearl narrow due to the large King-sized bed, which only fits two friends or a couple.

Pros

• Delicate aromatherapy in every corner of the suite, from the night tables to the bathroom
• Smart lighting control system to adjust brightness, color temperature and save energy
• All cabins are provided with great soundproofing and a private balcony
• Top-notch VIP room equipped with fancy fixtures, spacious private terrace, outdoor jacuzzi, and in-room services
• Eco-friendly bathroom accessories without plastic bathroom amenities

Scarlet Pearl Cruise frequently sets up many seasonal events and special occasions onboard. At the time of my inspection, the Vietnamese mid-autumn background was a favorite corner for many foreign passengers.

More than this, the 3-day trip gives a once-in-a-lifetime experience to visit Viet Hai Village, Ba Trai Dao on a Catamaran excursion. Meanwhile, the 2-day tour needs to organize one more attraction for sightseeing lovers and first-time travelers.

Pros

There is nothing to complain about the cruise services. From the driver to the crew team, all are hospitable and go beyond expectations.

The majority of travelers are satisfied with the cruise's quality, the food, the room amenities, the catamaran, and, in particular, the enthusiastic attitude of the crew and the helpfulness of the cruise manager - Chris.

On the other hand, a few guests had issues with the slow services and high-priced beverages on board. All of those negative feedbacks dates back to the recovery time after COVID-19.

But overall, the cruise has been upgraded much better and becomes a favorable choice when tourists come back. They don’t hesitate to 10/10 recommend Scarlet Cruise Halong Bay on TripAdvisor for its genuine quality
