We really loved all of our guides. In Hanoi, our guide was informative, pleasant, and let us go at our own pace, which we appreciated. In Hoi An, we had one of the best tours of the whole trip — the guide was so much fun, and switching from pedal bikes to motorbikes made the experience even better. The cooking class and basket boat ride were such unique and memorable moments. In Ho Chi Minh, our guide was thoughtful and provided great context, especially when visiting emotional places like the War Remnants Museum. The guides in Cambodia were also great — polite, informative, and kind. In Thailand, all the guides were lovely, but the guide in Bangkok did have a bit of a language barrier, so we didn’t get as much information as we would’ve liked. Still, everyone was welcoming and kind.
And a big thank you to all the drivers! They were all excellent — except for one who drove us to the airport in Hue a bit too fast for comfort. Other than that, we felt safe and well taken care of throughout.
As for the hotels, they each had their own charm. The hotel in Hanoi had a great location and helpful staff, though the room was a bit tight for unpacking. Ho Chi Minh was comfortable with a great location. The Halong Bay cruise was a real highlight — beautiful boat, delicious meals, and our guide Duc was both fun and informative. In Siem Reap, we loved the lobby and the pool, and the room was nice, though the view wasn’t ideal since the window faced an interior corridor. Hoi An’s hotel stood out for its customer service and lovely meals, even though the room was again on the smaller side.
In Thailand, we had a nice stay in Bangkok — small room, but it had a balcony. It would’ve been great to have a pool given the heat, and we did have to leave a deposit, which hasn’t been refunded yet. Chiang Rai had a spacious room and friendly staff. Chiang Mai was wonderful — we had a beautiful room with a sitting area, plus fresh fruit and snacks waiting for us. And in Phuket, the resort was just lovely — great pools, leisure areas, and easy beach access by shuttle. Just something to note: they asked for a cash deposit there too, so it might be helpful to mention those details in future itineraries.
All in all, this was a truly wonderful trip. We’re so grateful to BestPrice Travel for putting together such a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be recommending you to friends and family! Less

Just wanted to let you know we have been have a fantastic trip so far. Everyone has been wonderful. In Vietnam, we enjoyed the waterfront this evening in Phnom Pehn. Our stay in Chiang Mai went well. We wish we had maybe another full day here so we could go further up the mountain area. Our tour guide Nat and the driver were great!
I would say the breakfast at the White Boutique did not have as much selection as the other hotels we have been at. The room was good. The staff at the hotel were friendly and actually took Mike’s charger to the desk so he could get it when we went back to get our luggage. The drivers and guides have always been on time and wait for us at the airports. Made travel easy. Thank you! Then sadly back to the colder weather in Canada on Nov 12. Less

Overall a 10 however the pace was a little much at first especially with a
different hotel every night for several days! We also requested in Thailand to not
see another temple as most city tours included a palace with some temples and
then later a temple stop. Ms. Moon and our guide Ms. Lee were very accommodating to address this and give suggestions. We were able to see Tiger Kingdom, a butterfly and orchid farm and the Karen Village. This was a little morethan the temples would have been, but paying was worth it! I would definitely
recommend the Tiger Kingdom.
We got to Vietnam right after Typhoon Yagi and so some of the things we were going to do at the beginning of our trip (Halong Bay Cruise) had to be
rescheduled to the end of our trip – luckily, we had several days back in Hanoi at the end. Best Price Travel (Ms. Moon) worked with the schedule, and we were very appreciative of her help. Halong Bay Cruise at the end was a very nice experience and would recommend this to everyone – it was magnificent.
2. Food/ Drink:
In general a 10 – We prefer not to eat family style with others digging into the dishes. There were some hotels where food was not available after the breakfast buffet. Ordered room service in Vietnam at the Palong Boutique Hotel (pizza, spaghetti) and it was terrible. Our group didn’t like some kind of spice in most Vietnamese food (tried a lot of different dishes) so it was harder in that country to
find food to please. The food offering at the buffet at the Elephant Sanctuary was pretty bad. We
liked seeing the Elephants but would have enjoyed food from a different place and suggest just seeing the elephant sanctuary and skip the buffet. Less

2. Hotel in DaNang
Draco DaNang – Good hotel. We liked the hotel but the cot they provided was broke in half so
not great experience we were only there two nights so we did not complain. I highly
recommend the massage at this hotel it was a great experience.
4.3. Hotel in Ho Chi Minh
Alagon Saigon Hotel & Spa – Hotel and service was okay. Checking in process was a little
complicated. The massage spa was just adequate.
4. Can Tho
Muong Thanh Luxury Can Tho Hotel – This hotel was very nice, and our room was good but
we question the massage area. Felt a little uncomfortable and questioned whether the massage
area was really for more exotic massages than just deep tissue!
5. Chau Doc
Victoria Nui Sam Lodge Hotel – Nice hotel lodge but isolated nowhere to eat except at hotel.
There wasn’t anything else to do at this lodge, but the view was excellent! This is definitely not a
hotel for anyone who can’t walk many level of steep steps.
6. Hotel in Cambodia
Phnompenh – Duong Chan Hotel – Nice hotel, food was good.
Siem Reap – Tara Angkor Hotel – Excellent hotel, nice pool, massage was good. An added
bonus at this hotel was easy access to all forms of transportation. Attentive staff. We were even
visited by some exotic birds on our balcony!
7. Hotel in Thailand
Bangkok – Le D’tel Bangkok – Hotel was good and staff helpful. Recommend to any other
visitors to have some Baht before checking in – luckily our guide Ms. Nan floated us a loan until
we could exchange money the next day.
8. Chiang Mia – Sabai Sabai Chiang Mai – Very nice European themed hotel with a lot of extra
touches. However, it was a little isolated and a limited set breakfast. Less
