Cruise Itineraries
Morning
Around 10:00, gather at Cai Be Jetty to board the Cai Rang Princess Sampan. You will be kindly welcomed with a first drink and a cold towel before the cruise begins its busy journey through the Mekong Delta.
En route, you will be able to observe the vibrant lifestyle of the rivulet area. There are all types of boat floating around, from fishing boats to cargo barges loaded with fruit and vegetables.
While enjoying tea and local seasonal fruit, immerse yourself in the refreshing ambiance and serene landscapes.
Upon reaching Tan Phong Islet, we hop on a rowing boat trip through the canal's hidden mangroves.
Mind to return to the sampan on time to make our way to a 19th-century house.
Then, our last attraction is a local cottage industry that makes coconut candy and puffed rice.
At lunchtime, transfer all the guests to the Le Longanier Restaurant. You will be served an authentic colonial-styled villa set in the green background of a tropical garden by the river. This meal gives you a brief sense of privileged life during Indochinese times.
Afternoon
Take a break after lunch til 14:30 then we take a leisure walk along a small canal towards the Ba Bon Bridge. There will be a personal vehicle waiting for you to take a 2-hour drive to Ho Chi Minh city and conclude our full-day trip here.
- PROGRAMS & SCHEDULES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE

About Cai Be Princess Sampan
Cai Be Princess is one of the few private sampans in the Mekong Delta. It is a great choice for travellers who prefer Sampans with a traditional design style and ultimate privacy.
Let’s join us in this journey to explore lively floating markets with the riches of colorful fresh fruits and vegetables from Mekong’s gardens. This is also a great opportunity to take a glimpse into the agricultural, rural life of people at the delta region by visiting local workshops that produce various handmade souvenirs from rice and coconuts.

Hello I am looking for a cruise of the Mekong Delta for the day we have a party of 12 people. Do you have anything available we are looking to do the cruise on July 4th .
Our travel consultant will check and get back to you.
We stopped for lunch in a wonderful location and visited an ancient typical home, a candy factory, and tiny canals.
It was Vietnam's wonderful decision for our trip from Ho Chi Minh to Can Tho.
We took a full day cruise on our private boat with air conditioning. The guide and crew were excellent, and the food was tasty. It was nice to traverse off the beaten path for a bit.
The morning visit to the mangroves and local houses was somewhat depressing due to harsh weather. The best way to experience the authentic Mekong Delta anyways. The boats are exceptionally nice.

After around 2 hours, we parked and boarded a river boat. We accomplished this by jumping between different vessels. We explored the river, passing by fish traps and coconut orchards as we made our way through jungle canals. We stopped at a coconut plantation and sampled snake wine and coconut candies. Snake wine smelled and tasted like sake. We were treated like kings and queens. All the time drifting quietly down the river. All too soon, it was time to travel into the increasingly congested traffic of Saigon. We consider ourselves fortunate to have had the opportunity to experience a great rural break and authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Less
