About Heritage Line Jahan Cruise
Heritage Line The Jahan is a magnificent Mekong cruiser that takes you on an upstream/ downstream route to uncover the majestic culture and history of the lower Mekong River.
This luxury cruise provides 26 cabins with many high-class services on board, combined with a unique and engaging itinerary (with optional cycling excursion) will bring guests to a brand-new experience in Mekong Delta & Cambodia.
Facilities & Deck Plan
The Heritage Line Jahan Cruise features 3 decks, 26 cabins, and sumptuous onboard facilities for a luxurious experience.
The main deck includes 12 Superior Staterooms (30m2) and 02 Signature Staterooms - Darjeeling & Ceylon (36m2) at the front of the main deck.
The upper deck contains 08 Deluxe Staterooms (30m2) with 02 Signature Staterooms (named Assam & Nilgiri), which space 36m2 each. It still has the atmosphere of the Raj of India Lobby Lounge.
The terrace deck has the Viceroy Dining Hall, East India Club & Bar, Apsara Spa with the Observatory Lounge, and Terrace Deck.

Service & Activities
The Heritage Line Jahan Cruise offers three primary upstream routes. The 4-day itinerary takes you on a journey from Saigon to Phnom Penh, while the 5-day itinerary starts from Phnom Penh and concludes in Siem Reap. For a more extensive exploration, the 8-day itinerary covers the path from Ho Chi Minh to Siem Reap.
Similarly, there are downstream routes available with similar itineraries but different starting and arrival points, allowing guests to experience the cruise in reverse.

Transport by pick-up and drop-off services
Guests embarking on the Saigon - Phnom Penh - Siem Reap cruise itinerary are warmly welcomed at the waiting lounges located in the Renaissance Riverside Hotel in Saigon and the Koulen Hotel in Siem Reap.
- Saigon
Please take note that the meeting time in Saigon is at 10:00, and the bus departs at 11:00 to the ship's pier. Upon disembarkation from the ship, which typically occurs around 8:00, a bus transfer will arrive at the lounge in Saigon around 10:30.
- Siem Reap
The meeting times and bus departures in Siem Reap may vary depending on the water levels. During the low water period, the meeting time is at 07:30, whereas during the high water period, it is at 09:30. Departure to the ship pier usually takes place after approximately 1 hour.
Disembarkation time is approximately 08:00 during the low water period and 08:30 during the high water period. Bus transfers will then arrive at the lounge in Siem Reap accordingly.

- My Tho Pier
Situated in Binh Duc Commune, Chau Thanh District, Tien Giang Province, Vietnam, My Tho Pier is located approximately 70 km away from Saigon, with a transfer time of approximately 2 hours. For upstream travel, the embarkation time at the pier is set at 13:15, while for downstream travel, the disembarkation time is scheduled for 08:30.
- Kampong Cham
Located in Cambodia along the Mekong River, Kampong Cham Port is situated near the Kyzuna Bridge and is approximately 240 km away from Siem Reap. During the low water period, the embarkation time at the pier for downstream travel is 13:30, and the disembarkation time for upstream travel is set at 08:15.
- Phnom Krom Pier
Situated near Tonle Lake in Siem Reap, Cambodia, Phnom Krom Pier is located approximately 15 km outside Siem Reap, with a transfer time of approximately 0.75 hours. During the high water period, the embarkation time at the pier for downstream travel is scheduled for 11:30, and the disembarkation time for upstream travel is set at 08:15.

On July 20th, we returned home after the Jahan from Siem Reap, Cambodia, to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The ship is beautiful, the crew team is attentive, and the cuisine is outstanding. The excursions away were usually exciting.
Overall, definitely recommended.
