- Time changing between high water and low water program may different each year. It depends on water level of the river so the exact schedule will be confirmed exactly 2 weeks before travel date .
- Kindly provide us passport information (Full name, sex, Nationality, passport number, date of birth, validity of visa) of passengers at least four weeks prior to cruise date.
- Passport: Heritage Line is required to keep guests' passport during the cruise due to port authority at different port of calls. Our tour guide will collect clients’ passports at the meeting point. The passport of guests will be kept until their disembarkation.
- Visas: For the downstream cruise from Cambodia to Vietnam, guests are required to have Vietnam visa before embarkation. Vietnam visa should be valid from or earlier. For the upstream cruise from Vietnam to Cambodia, Heritage Line will help to arrange Cambodia visa onboard upon border arrival. Visa fee of 27 USD/person will be added to client’s invoice onboard.
- Gratuities: HL suggests that if satisfied with the service a gratuity will be collected at the last day aboard. HL suggests USD5 per passenger per day. Gratuities shall be settled together with the shipboard account at the end of a cruise. Please note that guests are under absolutely no obligation to make any gratuity at all. Guests may tip HL tour guides separately and the amount would be at your discretion.

Heritage Line Jayavarman Cruise has 04 main decks with 27 cabins and outstanding 5-star facilities that promise to bring you lavish accommodations on board.
The main deck includes 14 Superior Suites (20m2) and 02 separate Aspara Spa rooms.
The upper deck contains 08 Deluxe Suites (23m2) and 02 Signature Suites named Jayavarman and Bao Dai (27m2). It still has the atmosphere of the Henry Mouhot Lobby Lounge.
The terrace deck boasts the Club 1930 Funnel Bar & Lounge as well as the Indochine Dining Hall.
The sun deck is an ideal place to sunbathe in lounge chairs and swim in the pool while enjoying the stunning views of the Mekong River.

There are 3 main upstream routes on the Heritage Line Jayavarman Cruise: the 4-day itinerary from Saigon to Phnom Penh, the 5-day from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap, and the 8-day from Saigon to Siem Reap. The downstream route travels with a similar itinerary (slightly adjustable) but has inverse starting and ending points.

Come to Kampong Chhnang (Tonle River)
The ship sails along the narrow channel of the Tonle River, guiding us to Kampong Chhnang's captivating water world. We transfer to a native boat and then a minibus to reach a remote community celebrated for its Khmer-style ceramics and the production of palm sugar made from the Cambodian "skor not" palm tree.

Transport by pick-up and drop-off services
The Saigon - Phnom Penh - Siem Reap cruise itinerary welcomes guests at waiting lounges in the Renaissance Riverside Hotel (Saigon) and Koulen Hotel (Siem Reap).
- Saigon
Please note that the meeting time is at 10:00, and the bus departs at 11:00 to the ship's pier. Disembarkation at the ship is around 8:00, with a bus transfer arriving at the lounge in Saigon around 10:30.
- Siem Reap
The meeting times and bus departures vary depending on the water levels. During the low water period, the meeting time is at 07:30, and during the high water period, it is at 09:30. Departure time to the ship pier is usually after 1 hour.
Disembarkation time is around 08:00 during low water and 08:30 during high water, with bus transfers arriving at the lounge in Siem Reap accordingly.

- My Tho Pier
Located in Binh Duc Commune, Chau Thanh District, Tien Giang Province, Vietnam, it is approximately 70 km away from Saigon, with a transfer time of about 2 hours. The embarkation time at the pier for upstream travel is 13:15, while the disembarkation time for downstream travel is 08:30.
- Kampong Cham
Located in Cambodia along the Mekong River, the port is near the Kyzuna Bridge and is approximately 240 km away from Siem Reap. During the low water period, the embarkation time at the pier for downstream travel is 13:30, and the disembarkation time for upstream travel is 08:15.
- Phnom Krom Pier
Situated in Siem Reap, Cambodia, near Tonle Lake, the pier is located approximately 15 km outside Siem Reap, with a transfer time of about 0.75 hours. During the high water period, the embarkation time at the pier for downstream travel is 11:30, and the disembarkation time for upstream travel is 08:15.

Do cruises include visit to Vietnam tunnels?
This cruise will visit mekong delta and will not go to Cu Chi tunnel
Does the 4-day HCM-PP trip include participating in the floating market on a sampan at Cai Be? It seems from the itinerary that it does not. Also, the pricing on the website seems to be per person, but if I have a child who is older than 5, would I be paying the same price as 4 people (2 full rooms)?
The price will take as adults as your child is oler than 5 years old. That's the policy from the cruise.
