Booking Policy
Price Includes
- 5 nights aboard your boutique river vessel, the Mekong Sun
- Meals according to itinerary (B= Breakfast, L=Lunch, and D=Dinner)
- Coffee, tea and water are complimentary on board
- All excursions and necessary entry fees according to itinerary
- Presentations and lectures by your cruise director
- Transfers between airports and hotels within city limits
Price Excludes
- Flights
- Meals and services other than those noted in the itinerary
- Visa fees
- Laundry, telephone calls and personal expenditures
- Gratuities for guides, drivers, porters, boat crew, and personal, non-itinerary services
- Alcoholic and soft drinks other than mentioned
- Personal insurance
- Video or photography fees (if requested during excursions)
Cancellation Policy
- Deposit payment of 30% of the travel price has to be paid directly upon receipt of the travel
- confirmation/invoice. Rest payment has to be made until 60 days prior to departure date.
- Up to 90 days prior to the start of the cruise: 20 % of the total rate
- Up to 40 days prior to the start of the cruise: 50 % of the total rate
- Up to 15 days prior to the start of the cruise: 80 % of the total rate
- Less than 15 days prior to the start of the cruise: 100 % of the total rate
Children Policy
- Free of charge for children below 5 years old, in parents' room and using existing bedding.
- Baby cots are available.
- Children above 5 ears must occupy a separate bed and pay full rate (Single or double occupancy).

The itinerary of this tour may be subject to change in the face of logistical complexities caused by natural phenomena. Our crew is highly experienced, and our vessel is powerfully built but if navigating conditions prompt safety concerns, programs may be amended.

Hello everyone, Please tell me, what do you mean with Accomodation NA in the description of the 6days/5 nights boat trip at the end of day number 5. Isn't it possible to sleep on the boat that night? Best regards
