We are travelling on the Pandaw doing the Mekong Classic 7 day cruise in November 2024. However, I am having alot of difficulty in obtaining a town for the border crossing from Vietnam into Cambodia for the travel visa's. No one seems to know where this is and the drop down screen on the e-visas does not tell me. Do you know what we need to put in the visa?
For Cambodia Visa you can do on arrival, because border crossing here is not accept Evisa.
Do you offer a free flow drinks package?
Yes we can make free flow packages for you, please lets me know when is your prefer travel date?
We went on Pandaw cruise in 1 week, the first from Saigon to Seam Reap on the Lower Mekong River. The ship's crew made the journey even more incredible. We never asked for anything because they knew what we wanted. They were most concerned about our safety during the expeditions, as I never climbed a staircase without a steadying hand on my elbow.

We booked with Best Price Travel online after discovering the firm through Tripadvisor recommendations. The trip was simply fantastic, and Neville and his crew were outstanding in every way. The service, food, and trips were all great. The yacht was stunning and immaculate. There were around 40 people on the ship, mostly from Europe, and everyone was a fascinating, seasoned global traveler. Everyone on the ship raved about the cuisine and service, including those who had sailed on several 5-star ships. The weather was beautiful: warm, bright, and mosquito-free. This trip was reasonably priced for what you get, and we would suggest it to anyone. Less

They were most concerned about our safety during the expeditions, as I never climbed a staircase without a steadying hand on my elbow. The Upper Mekong River cruise from Thailand to Vientiane was the second one. Once again, we received more than we could have asked for. With only 19 passengers on the Laos Pandaw (10 cabins), there were 18 crew members - a very high crew-to-passenger ratio! I would gladly do it all over again on these ships! Less

There was enough room for everyone on board, it was very spacious. Everything was clean and the standard of housekeeping was good. The bed was comfortable and big enough and the bathroom had a good size shower with nice hot water. There were plenty of excursions so we never got bored. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Apart from the boat, the bus transportation used by Pandaw on the long journey from Siem Reap by road to the embarkation point was excellent, the bus had big comfortable armchairs. The standard of the guides were also very good, though they were not directly employed by Pandaw.
However, during the breakfast, lunch and dinner they kind of force you to sit and eat together with other passengers. though it is nice to mingle, it will be good if I can sometimes just sit with my husband to eat and don't have to feel that I have to talk to the other passengers during each and every meal. There were rats on the ship and we could clearly hear them running and squealing in the ceiling above our bedrooms

Regarding Pandaw, the whole cruise was enjoyable. The staff were pleasant and attentive, the food was excellent, the cabin, while small, was very comfortable, and the included shore tours were excellent.
