FAQs
The best time to visit Thailand for awesome weather is from January to April, when the atmosphere is pleasant, cool, and dry with the average temperature at around 30°C.
If you cannot travel at this time, it’s still possible to see this country in the remaining months, however, be prepared for the high chance of encountering heavy rains and high temperatures.
- January - April: Best weather conditions (dry season with nice sunny weather and dry atmosphere), and also the peak season - quite crowded with higher travel costs.
- November - April (West Coast) & May - August (East Coast): Best for diving, since the sea is calm and visible.
- November - February: Great for sightseeing, as Thailand will experience the coolest, most enjoyable atmosphere, suitable for all kinds of outdoor activities.
- May - October: Though the weather this time isn’t good (rainy season with high rainfall), the low season offers lower prices and less-crowded attractions.
The average cost to Thailand ranges from US $100 - 300 /person /day, based on which class you choose.

Yes, Thailand is quite safe to travel. As one of the safest countries in Southeast Asia, the country is an ideal destination for families with kids, even female solo travelers:
- Politics: Generally, some famous parts of Thailand, such as Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, etc., are safe to travel. However, you need to reconsider visiting less famous areas, especially Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat, and Songkhla, due to civil unrest.
- Crime rate: The rate of violent crimes against foreigners is relatively low, but you should notice the crimes of opportunity, including pick-pocketing and bag-snatching.
- People: Being called the ‘Lands Of Smiles’, most Thai people are very kind, friendly, and welcoming. They are always willing to help without needing anything in return.
Covid-19: From October 1 2022 onwards, foreigners won’t be required COVID-19 related documents to enter Thailand (vaccination certificates & COVID-19 test results).
For tourists, entering Thailand is easy since citizens from 64 countries can enter Thailand without a visa (for a 30 or 45-day stay, depending on each country).

The voltage in Thailand is 220 Volts at 50Hz. Commonly, most electrical outlets in Thailand have two slots with a grounding hole, suitable for 5 types of plugs below:
- Type A: 2 vertical pins
- Type C & F: 2 round pins
- Type B: 2 vertical pins with an earth pin (3 pins)
- Type O: 3 round pins
If the specifications of your devices don’t match the initial voltage, you will need a converter, and mismatch plugs can be solved with an adapter. In Thailand, they can be found in convenience stores and electronics stores (at about US $26 - 36).
Tips: You can ask the concierge at your hotels/ resorts to borrow a power plug adapter.

The best one:
The overnight cruise.
The worst one was the hotel in Phuket.
Non funktion air-condition. Water pressure that go up and down whitch give hot and cold water but only one in the time. We have to get our clean towels ourselves every day.
I complain every morning, and they replay they will fix it under the day.
The selection of hotels 3 stars. ( Not your foult, we hade to high expectations)
The guides:
Sorry to say only 3 stars.
Some of them behave as robot and only repeat what they have said for the last 10 years, but it getting shorter every year. No passion. Some of them were not even proud of theirs country and only complained to us.
What they should do is simple.
Contact the client before they take off on the flight to make them confident that all is under control and that they are waiting for them.
When the clint is in the local transport, ask them what is theirs interest to know under this trip/location. To be able to give the right tailor-made information.
I think the worst one was in Phuket that picked us up at the airport. WhatsApp me what time they will pick us up at the hotel every morning. Then we didn't see or hear from her anymore on this trip.
The second bad price will go to the guide in Cambodia. The only thing he talked about was how poor he was but still the best guide.......
He haw only one interest wish was the tip he would get.
We are giving a new name to Cambodia, we now call it mini America.
It's sad, it's a beautiful country.
The guide in Bangkok was the only one that did it with passion and really taking care of us 24/7
A good guide needs only 3 things: knowledge, passion, and proudness of his work and country.
The food under this 21 days has been 5 stars all the way.
The people in Vietnam I give 6 stars of 5 possible.
Everyone is so nice, friendly, and incredibly service mind.
I think your plan to end the trip in northen Thiland would be so much better.
Puket is completely destroyed by the mass turismen.
I will definitely recommend you to all my friends.
But some one need to look into the quality of the guids.
(You are too good for this company, and you need a better team around you that can keep your high standard) Less

Upon arrival, we were shocked to find that the hotel is more like a 2-star establishment than what we expected. The towels were in poor condition, and to make matters worse, the air conditioning in our room was not working. The bathroom was of very low quality, and there was no toilet paper when we first arrived, which is simply unacceptable.
We immediately requested a room change, but the staff informed us that the hotel was fully booked, leaving us with no choice but to stay in the uncomfortable room. As we were unable to sleep without proper air conditioning, this made our stay incredibly unpleasant.
We had hoped for a much better experience, especially after the fantastic accommodations and guides we had in Siem Reap. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet any of our expectations. We are really hoping that the hotel in Bangkok will provide the quality and comfort we were promised when booking this trip.
Would not recommend this hotel based on our experience. Less

Hi Janet , just att our hotel , very disappointing, in avery ugly neighbourhood. If we want to go to the center of town we have to go by taxi or tuk tuk.
If you want to compare quality Homewood hotel as 10/10 this hotel 5/10.

1. Coffee is terrible
2. Tour is to early ( we missed breakfast )
Otherwise all is very good. The chef is Cambodian. I think he does not know how to make traditional Vietnamese coffee. We are sad to leave Princess. The cruise excellent, but coffee could be better. We are in Apsara hotel for 4 days then we must go home for Jimmy's school.. Thanks for all your help
