How to Make Banh Khot
- Step 1: Preliminary treatment. We chopped onions and garlic. Cut the scallions, please note the first part of the scallions. Rinse vegetables and drain.

- Step 3: Mix Banh Khot flour. Pour the rice flour into a bowl one after another to blend the cooked rice, fried flour, 500ml of water, 100ml of coconut milk, 10g of turmeric powder, stir well and rest for 1 hour. You can refine the flour through the sieve to make it easier.
Before pouring Vietnamese Mini Pancake, you can add 1 chicken egg powder to make it crispy and fatter. Season with 1 teaspoon sugar, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon powder, and stir.
- Step 4: Make Cake Dipping Sauce. Mince about 7 cloves of garlic. Cut up about 2 peppers. Put in a bowl of coconut water with 100ml fish sauce, 100g of sugar north on the stove, and stir until dissolved sugar. Turn off the heat and continue adding 30ml vinegar, wait for the sauce to cool, add the garlic, and chili.
- Step 5: Cook Coconut Juice. Pour the remaining 100ml of coconut milk into the pot, add 1 tablespoon of flour, stir to dissolve the flour, turn on the stove on low heat until the coconut milk is slightly hot, then turn off the heat.
