- Bacon: 200 g
- Shrimp: 150 g
- Bean sprouts: 100 g
- Carrots: 1 tuber
- Straw mushrooms: 400 g
- Green beans with beans: 50g
- Pancake dough: 1 pack of 400g
- Filtered water: 500 ml
- Turmeric powder
- Scallion
- Cooking oil, fish sauce, chili sugar, lettuce, herbs

How to make pancakes
Making Pancake is very simple. First of all, you need to heat the pan at medium-high heat. After a few minutes, when the pan is hot add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil, 1 tbsp of chopped onion, a few slices of meat and shrimp. Saute them for 1 minute then pour in a spoon of flour (1/3 cup) into them.
Close the lid and then lower the heat to medium-low. After 3-4 minutes, then add 1 teaspoon of oil around the edges of the pancake and wait another 2 minutes. Then add a small number of bean sprouts. After a minute, carefully remove it and fold it in half. Enjoy it with lettuce, herbs, and Vietnamese dipping sauce.

How to make the dipping sauce
Mix 3 spoons of fish sauce, 2 minced chili peppers, 1 teaspoon of garlic, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of MSG, 1/2 teaspoon of boiling water in a bowl until the MSG and sugar dissolve. Lastly, add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
