Hello, I am planning to visit Vietnam in early to mid September. I am very fond of flowers and so I am interested in seeing the lotus or the lily harvest. I have read that Southern Vietnam (Mekong delta) would provide lots of opportunities to see this, however I’ve not seen any day trips or excursions advertised. I wondered if you’re able to recommend how to get to see the lotus flower or Lily harvest when traveling from Ho Chi Minh airport or if there’s a tour operator I can contact? Thank you Lenora

@Lenora:

Hi! We believe our travel consultant has just contacted you. It's hard to find lotus in Vietnam in September, but mid September is the water lilly season in Mekong Delta.
