The main ingredients are vermicelli, beef, pork sausage, and typical broth, lemongrass and shrimp. Sometimes a bowl of vermicelli is also added to beef, crab rolls and other ingredients depending on the cook's preference.

In noodle soup, Hue people often season a little fish sauce, contributing to the unique flavor of Hue beef noodle soup. After the beef bones are cooked, people usually add some pork or crab rolls. Process of making Bun Bo Hue
Bun Bo Hue is a complicated dish. Thus, making Bun Bo Hue requires time and meticulousness. These are steps to make Bun Bo Hue on your own.
Process of making Bun Bo Hue
Step 1: Lemongrass, ginger washed, broken. Pork thighs removed bone. Pork rolls, using string or string tightly. Beef thighs also use tight laces.
Step 2: North of boiling water for bones and beef, beef tendon, pork ribs blanched (remove foam to look delicious). Then cut the tendon into bite-sized pieces. Mix 3 tablespoons of Hue fish sauce with a cup of water, then stir well.

Take the pork leg into cold water (doing so will make the meat, not friable).

Step 5: Cook the broth. Beef broth and bone broth are poured into the pot, then add cold water to add 5 liters of water. Season and adjust the seasoning to suit your taste.
Note, for a nice smell and color, heat 2 tablespoons of oil, 1.5 tablespoons chopped lemongrass, 1 tablespoon minced garlic. When lemongrass and garlic yellow, add 2-3 tablespoons of cashew oil on and off the stove. Now just pour this mixture into the pot of bone broth.
