@Abhishek: Hi there, unfortunately, some best Indian Restaurants in Sapa are permanantly closed after Covid. You can try Pi's Kitchen or other restaurants with vegan menu (many options). Besides, if you can eat fish, sturgeon is a specialty in Sapa, you can ask the hotel's receptionist to find a good local restaurant serve it.
