Lang Co Beach
Located on the north-south travel route, Lang Co is 30km away from Danang city towards the South and 70 kilometers away from Hue city towards the North.
With the strategic position between 3 centers of World Cultural Heritage Conservation (Hue ancient capital, Hoi An ancient Town and My Son Sanctuary), Lang Co adds a wonderful touch to the mix and definitely keeps visitors stay in this area longer.

A wildly poetic vista
At Hai Van Mount foot there appears the beautiful Lang Co, an island-like stretch of palm-shaded white sand whose sand banks are 1.5m – 10.5m from sea level. The sand banks gradually change their height to 5.0m-23m from sea level, with total stretching line of 8 – 9 kilometers. Surrounded by mountains, tropical jungles, and the boundless blue sea, Lang Co has almost everything that the nature can offer: green mountains, lush tropical forests, smooth white sand, abundant sunshine and cool, blue and crystal clear sea. Lang Co beach, since June 2009 has been named one of the “World’s most beautiful bays”.

For those fond of sea entertainment, this is actually a good choice thanks to the sloping sea, fine and clean sand, great moderate waves. Suggested activities are swimming, diving, sailing or more simply, relaxation by lying down on beaches.

Lang Co is also popular for diversified beauty spots and delicacies. Lang Co sea is filled with coral, king shrimps, and numerous seafood of values. Inside the area, there lives a majestically captivating “Pearl Island” – Son Tra, where exists a series of wild species and flora. Right next to Lang co seaside is Hai Van Mount and Hai Van Quan, a famous Vietnam’s sightseeing. Behind the seaside, there are Bach Ma Mount (White Horse Mount) and Lap An damp, which made an ideal bicycle-riding with its quite rounding road. A number of other magnificent beauty spots, such as Bat Cave, Elephant Stream, Nhi Ho Fall, Dream Fall, etc. are extra activities for visitors to try after a busy day of joyful seaside entertainment.

- Best time to visit is from April to the end of July with the average temperature of 25 C degree and 158 sunny hours per month,
- From late August till November rains are frequent, and from December to March can get too chilly for sunbathing.
- Bring sun glass, sun hat, sunscreen (with sensible SPF), etc. for the sun.
