It is near the Toll-Fee Bangkok - Pattaya motorway (Highway 7), just five minutes drive from North Pattaya and seven minutes from Central Pattaya.

• Transportation 

Pattaya Dolphinarium is located near the toll fee of the Bangkok-Pattaya motorway (Highway 7). It will take about 10 to 5 minutes to drive from Pattaya city. 

As there is no public transportation pass-through, the best way to visit Pattaya Dolphinarium is by taxi or car.

Notes:

• The term "Child" refers to guests whose height is between 80 and 120 cm, regardless of age.
• Guests under 80cm tall are considered 'infants,' Guests who can get into the show for free without seats, as long as there is adult supervision.
• If you want to be closer to the dolphins, you should consider a position in the first row. But you should be prepared to get wet! You also don't need to worry because you will get rain ponchos for free.

• Do not bring your pets.
• Swimming with Dolphin is recommended for above six years old. Under six years old must be accompanied by an adult to swim with dolphins.

• Do not touch dolphins and seals without the trainers’ permission.
• Stay in your seat during the performance.
• Be careful with slippery floor surfaces.
• Do not put anything into the pool.
• Do not take pictures with a flash.
• Children must be under their parent's supervision and not stand near the pool's edge.
• Do not drink alcohol, smoke, or be intoxicated before entering the show. Otherwise, you will be barred from entering Pattaya Dolphinarium.
• Do not touch the mouth, eyes, and blowhole of dolphins.
• Do not shout, make a sudden movement, and hurt the dolphins.
• There is a time limit for a photo session. And you have to prepare your camera for the staff and follow the instructions.
• Do not carry large bags and suitcases into the show.
• If you are pregnant, you will not be able to swim with the dolphins here.
• Remember that show tickets are not allowed to change the time and date and are non-refundable.
• You will receive a unique program if you weigh more than 100 kilograms.
• You must take a shower before swimming. Avoid using deodorant, cream, or other cosmetic products before swimming with a dolphin.
• You should strongly cooperate with the regulations and rules to avoid trouble.
• You should come at least 30 minutes before the show starts.
