Perfume River
The Perfume River (Vietnamese: Huong Giang River), which has the length of 80 km, includes two sources; both of them begin in the Truong Son Mountain range and meet at Bang Lang Fork. The river flows across Hue city peacefully and become a highlight of this poetic place.

Perfume River - Ngu Binh Mountain is considered the symbol of the romantic nature of Hue. A wide and impressive waterway, it gets its name from the thousands of herb plants upstream. In the autumn as the blossoms fall into the river and float downstream, the scent created gives the river a perfumed aroma and the name was created. This is a delightful river throughout its length. Bright blue clear water flows through lush green countryside, passing delightful villages before entering the sea.
