After a wonderful dinner, you can join a night squid fishing tour which usually starts at 8 pm and finish at 10 pm. The tour is quite cheap, only around USD 14-16 and some even include a drink at a crowded bar after your fishing trip. The squid that you catch will be cook for you right on the boat; usually, you can choose to grill or stir them with noodles.
There are also options for sooner squid fishing tours that allow you to watch the sunset on the sea, then try squid fishing, and having dinner on the deck. This tour will cost 3-4 hours and usually starts at 5 pm and there will be a driver to pick you up and drop you off at your hotel and a tour guide to take care of you during your trip.

4. Dinner by the sea at Ham Ninh Fishing Village
Only 14km to the East of Phu Quoc is Ham Ninh Fishing Village where you can get the best seafood on this island. In the morning, this place is a seafood market, but when the night comes, it is a perfect site for having tasty dinners at better prices than in Duong Dong Town. You can choose to eat at a raft house on the sea or a beachfront restaurant here. The raft houses are gathering at Ham Ninh wharf.
You will buy the seafood here and they will help you to cook it with a fee of around USD 1.5/kg seafood. However, as cookers in these raft house are mostly local people who are not a professional, you only can have a very few types of simple seafood dish.
