Po Shanu Cham Tower
Similar to My Son Sanctuary and Po Dam Towers, Po Shanu Cham Towers are considered as important cultural landmarks of Champa Kingdom. Being away from Phan Thiet city center only about 7km, the Po Shanu Cham Towers attract tourists from all over the world due to its ancient history and beautiful surrounding landscape.

Located on the top of Ong Hoang Hill, the Po Shanu Cham Towers consist of 3 worship towers, which were constructed in the 8th century. The towers were dedicated to honor Lord Shiva, Agni and Nandi. Nowadays, the ethnic Cham community still visits the towers yearly for religious festivals such as Prayer for Rain, Abstinence Ceremony, Damp building, Rija Nuga, etc. Po Shanu Cham Towers welcome prayers not only from Cham people, but also local fishermen, who shall go here to pray for a safe fishing tour on the ocean daily.

The towers have Cham’s authentic red-orange hue, which suit perfectly to the green of nature and Phan Thiet’s blue sky.
