Once your friend uses your Referral Code during the booking process, you will receive an email notification confirming that your referral has been recorded.

• If your friend completes their tour, you will receive another email notification confirming their successful trip. Your referral reward will then be processed and transferred to your after your friend complete their tour.
• If your friend cancels their tour, you will be notified via email that the referral is no longer eligible for a reward.

No, participating in our referral program is completely free. There are no hidden fees or costs for either the referrer or the referred friend.

While there is no strict time limit, we recommend that your referred friend completes their booking promptly to ensure availability and to take advantage of current offers.

4. How will I know if my referred friend has completed their trip?

Yes, half-day and one-day tours are not included in the referral program. To qualify for the referral reward, your friends’ booking must be for at least two pax and for a tour package in Vietnam, Thailand, or Cambodia, or a Halong Bay or Mekong River cruise of at least two days.

7. What happens if my referred friend books multiple trips?

The referral reward applies only to the first completed booking of a new customer. Subsequent bookings by the same customer will not qualify for additional referral rewards.
