Samui Institute of Thai Culinary (SITCA)
Samui Institute of Thai Culinary Arts (SITCA) was founded in 1999 by Thai master chef Roongfa Sringam and Martin Amada, an American media producer and food entrepreneur. They both work in the hospitality industry on the island. SITCA’s cooking classes gained its success right after its opening. Together with the popularity of Thai food growing worldwide, there is an increase in the demand for hands-on intensive training for cooks and chefs. SITCA becomes the top choice for SITCA both foreign culinary professionals and keen amateurs.
