Location: Tu Le, near the slopes of Khau Pha Pass, has long been a popular stop for travelers to discover Yen Bai. Tu Le is a valley surrounded by three high mountains: Khau Song, Khau Than, and Khau Pha.
Best time to visit:
- May and June: If you want to start exploring Tu Le early, you can come here during the pouring water season, often between May and June.
- September and October: The golden season at Tu Le Yen Bai runs from about the middle of September until the end of October each year. At this point, Tu Le has only recently entered the ripe rice season, so the terraced fields are dressed in brilliant yellow clothing.

- Route 1: Hanoi - Lao Cai Highway - Yen Bai City - Nghia Lo
- Route 2: Lang Hoa Lac - Son Tay - Ba Vi - Trung Ha Highway - Highway 32 - Thanh Son - Van Chan - Nghia Lo.
It is approximately 50 kilometers from the Nghia Lo town area to Tu Le Valley. If you don't have an automobile, you can explore Tu Le by renting a motorbike or taxi. Trekking is another option.

- See the sunrise in the early morning: The sun rises from the hillside and spreads gold down the valley, mingling with the foggy clouds that eventually fade to reveal pure fresh sunlight.
