Watching the vendors preparing your food: chopping up meat, stuffing sausages, arranging them on the grill is really interesting. The entire basement and part of the first floor in the market turn into a huge open kitchen.

The market is closed to the riverside and easy to find, just at the end of Chang Moi Road, east of the moat and north of Chiang Mai Night Bazaar.
