Ms. Kate gave us a very detailed consultation and arranged the schedule carefully. The tour guide was very attentive and informative. He was always available whenever we needed assistance and gave us many helpful tips during the trip. The golf course quality was average. Overall we are satisfied with the service and had a good experience here. However, we didn't have many things to do in the afternoons in HCMC and Da Nang.
The hotels we stayed in in Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City were good, the amenities were fully equipped and the staffs were nice. I especially like the hotel room in Da Nang with its open view of the mountains and the sea, and we could see the sunrise from the balcony in the morning. However, the 5* hotel of Hanoi is a bit noisy, perhaps due to its proximity to the city center and they were holding some events nearby.
The buffet breakfast provided at the hotels is generally fine. However, the hotel menus were limited and quite expensive. You should have lunch and dinner in other restaurants in the city to have more options and at more reasonable prices.
